Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "You", or "Your") and armada888 (hereinafter "armada888", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://armada888.cam.

Definitions

• "Account" — A registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" — Any individual who registers an Account and uses the Platform's services.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the Platform — including ticking the Terms acceptance checkbox — You represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes;
4. You have read and understood these Terms and all associated policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy;
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other restriction that would prevent You from participating in online gambling.

Acceptance of these Terms also constitutes acceptance of armada888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on armada888, You must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as Players;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any affiliated platform;
• Not hold more than one active Account on the Platform at any time;

Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling complies with applicable Malaysian law. armada888 does not hold a Malaysian government-issued gambling licence — no such licence exists for online casino platforms — and operates under international gaming jurisdiction. By using the Platform, You acknowledge this context and accept personal responsibility for compliance with local laws.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Registration Information

During registration, Players are required to provide:

• A valid and unique email address;
• A chosen username (which must not contain offensive language, impersonation of third parties, or references to illegal activity);
• A secure password of sufficient complexity;
• Date of birth (to confirm compliance with the 21+ age requirement);

Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. armada888 will never contact Players to request their password under any circumstances. Players must notify armada888 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to their Account. armada888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards, armada888 requires all Players to complete identity verification prior to processing their first withdrawal. armada888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during a Player's account lifecycle.

Documents Required

• Photo Identification: Valid Malaysian MyKad, International Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months;
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the Player holding their photo ID next to their face;
• Payment Verification: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in Account closure. Submission of false, altered, or fraudulently obtained documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission. Players will be notified by email upon completion.

Deposits & Payments

armada888 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels:

Deposit Conditions

• armada888 does not charge deposit fees; however, Players may be subject to fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.
• Deposits are credited to Player Accounts upon confirmation from the payment processor. Estimated processing times are: eWallets (Instant), FPX/DuitNow (5–10 minutes), USDT TRC20 (15–30 minutes), and 7-Eleven Cliqq (30–60 minutes). These are estimates only; armada888 does not guarantee specific processing times.
• In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, Players should contact support with their payment reference number for investigation.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as part of armada888's AML compliance obligations.
• Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• armada888 processes withdrawal requests within a standard processing window. Processing times vary by payment method: eWallets (Instant to 4 hours), Bank Transfer (1–24 hours), USDT TRC20 (1–4 hours after network confirmation). Times stated are targets; actual processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
• armada888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests that exceed MYR 10,000 or where unusual account activity is noted.

Bonuses & Promotions

armada888 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless otherwise stated.
• Players may opt out of any promotional offer by contacting support before the bonus is credited.
• armada888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonuses already in progress.
• Promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of armada888. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including, without limitation, matched betting, bonus hedging, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors — will have all associated bonuses cancelled, and their Account may be suspended.
• Birthday bonuses are available to verified Players and are issued at the applicable tier rate (Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888 / VIP MYR 2,688). Tier-based figures are indicative and subject to change; always refer to the current promotion terms in your Account dashboard.

Betting Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the armada888 platform, You agree to be bound by the specific game rules, house rules, and sports betting rules applicable to the relevant game or event. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market interface.

General Betting Conditions

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects a bet's outcome, armada888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Where an obvious pricing error ("palpable error") has been made in the display of odds, armada888 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and settle at the correct market odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per Player. These limits are set at armada888's sole discretion and may vary by account.
• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and UFC events — are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, armada888's determination of the applicable rules is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the armada888 platform:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity;
• Fraud: Use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or submission of falsified identity documents;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity;
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of a human player;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction for financial gain;
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including matched betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Underage Gambling: Registering or playing while under the age of 21;
• Third-Party Play: Allowing another person to operate Your Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.

• Session Time Alerts: On-screen reminders when You have been logged in for a pre-set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on Your Account, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term Account restriction, from a minimum of six (6) months to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible during the selected exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the armada888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, and trade marks — is the exclusive property of armada888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without express written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content;

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, armada888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from Your use of the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond armada888's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials;
• Decisions made by Players in the course of gameplay, including wager placement and withdrawal timing;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures beyond armada888's control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

armada888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Prohibited Activity;
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.

Upon permanent Account closure for breach of Terms, armada888 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance remaining after any applicable deductions will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML review.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Amendments to Terms

armada888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification and a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address urgent security or fraud concerns.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the revised Terms, You must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which armada888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through armada888's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to additional local laws in their country of residence, including Malaysia. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. armada888 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
